Review on Private Practice Manager (PPM) by Jerome Brooks

I love that it is easy to customize, has great reporting capabilities but also allows me quick access when needed using my phone or tablet! The customer service can be inconsistent at times - some are very good while others need more training as they have little knowledge about our product line which makes troubleshooting difficult sometimes!! Not sure how this would compare with other products out there in terms like features/functionality etc., however we were looking specifically into something simple yet powerful so was not able too look around much before purchasing anything else either way works well enough though could use improvement here if you do want customizing options then maybe check their website first? We didn't realize until after purchase what all functions one needs will cost extra depending upon your plan selection- wish i had known prior because those costs add up quickly once added onto monthly fees.
