Review on ⏲️ Bjerg Instruments Digital Kitchen Timer: Enhanced LCD Display for Effortless Timekeeping by Sarah Richards

This is a well designed device with some features. Contrary to what other reviewers have claimed, this device actually works as a countdown timer and stopwatch. After setting the time with the smaller buttons on the left (minutes) or right (seconds), the device starts to work as a countdown timer. Once reset to zero, the device will function as a stopwatch/countdown timer. I use this timer to remind myself to pick up/drop off laundry. Here are some interesting features 1) It has a nice and big display. However, it is difficult to read from some angles. 2) When pausing the countdown mode, you can increase the time by pressing the min/sec buttons. This comes in handy, for example, if you decide you need another 10 minutes to roast. 3) There are three ways to attach the timer. It can be hung from a pin/nail (not included), placed on a surface with a built-in stand, and attached with a magnet (such as a fridge). However, the magnet isn't very strong and the timer kept sliding around my fridge. 4) A beep will sound each time a button is pressed. If you hold down the button to increase the time, you will hear a beep with each increase. That's a loud signal. That can be annoying. 5) The maximum processing time is 99 minutes and 99 seconds. Adjusting this parameter results in 198 loud beeps! 6) The device can be switched off. The power button is visible when the stand is opened (see attached image). My device was delivered with a dead battery (AAA). I received this product at a discount in exchange for an honest review.
