The platform was easy to set up and integrate with our existing system. It's great that they have such an extensive library available from which we could choose what features were needed in order to solve our specific problem domain. I had no issues at all during my evaluation period nor did any other customers who used it over time. They are very responsive when contacted about problems or feature requests as well. We're solving authentication challenges relating to employee access across multiple systems within our organization using one single login/profile.
