It's easy for me as an engineer who has little experience with automation systems or programming/assembling them into my system (my previous job was working at customer site). The support team also did their best so far by answering all of questions I had quickly! No issues yet but it could be improved if they have more engineers dedicated only towards this project since its not big enough right now - currently there're 8 people supporting customers while 2-3 should do just development work here instead of other projects like marketing etc which can't really help much when you need your product running fastly without any delay :) We use XHELM mainly because its one stop shop service where everything related software engineering / hardware assembly needs will fit perfectly together within 1 package deal.
