I have tried many supplements for my herpes. This year my herpes became active for about 6 months and didn't go away. I tried olive leaf extract but it didn't help. And turmeric didn't help. But as soon as I took one pill of this product, my herpes felt better the same day. It's weird how that happens. But from that day on I take 1 tablet a day and night to prevent relapse. This works for me. I've had herpes for years but this year I don't know what happened to me. I was relapsing all year and it was very difficult for me. I was taking L-lysine before Megnizum gave me acne. But that didn't happen. I don't think it will get rid of herpes but it will help prevent it from getting worse. So I know I have active herpes, but with this L-lysine it's not working where the blister hurts. Stop before that. All I know is that it works and now I can be a little bit happier with no pain. I'm not sure if my herpes will come back if I stop taking L-lysine. but my arthritis is getting worse.
