Intuitive easy tool & highly responsive customer support
The ease of use - it's intuitive to create an account with just few clicks!The system allows you not only plan events but also manage them in real time which makes tracking progress much easier than using spreadsheets or paper-based tools. There are some minor bugs here and there (which can be fixed relatively easily) like occasional issues when creating new tickets for attendees/registrations etc., however nothing major really comes up often enough to make me consider changing this otherwise wonderful piece of technology we have been working together since 2015!! We used their service from day one till now without any problems at least as far I am concerned so no complaints either way yet about anything they do well :) Our team has managed over 200+ conferences worldwide within almost every industry imaginable including travel management services related activities such as accommodation bookings, transportations, catering arrangements.
