They are very easy to install and use. In my application, the mirrors were able to rest on a granite backsplash, requiring only the top mounts. A large mirror took two people to lift it in place with only two clamps to hold it there because the weight is on the back. I preinstalled one with a stud and used a drywall anchor for the other. To use, loosen the clip, lift the mirror, and simply press the clip to attach the mirror. As mentioned earlier, this design creates a slight gap between the wall and the back of the mirror.
