One cap is missing
I just received my license plate frame and it's great. It's very durable and the bling is just right. I ordered two plate frames, one for the front plate and one for the back plate. Real metal plate, not cheap plastic. After opening a small pack that contained screws and screw caps, one of the packs only had a screw cap, so I didn't use it on the front. The only negative is that you can see the screws. That's not too bad, because the frame of the record is really high quality, so I just don't use the small plugs in the front.
