I bought this item in July and didn't use it right away as my previous adapter (Tronsmart Micro USB to Type C) didn't completely break was still. A few days ago I finally accidentally broke my other adapter. I tried this product. The adapter connected the Anker Astro E1 portable charger to my mobile phone. It wasn't working and I had to take it out and put it back in until it finally started charging the phone. Unfortunately, the loading process stopped after a few seconds. I checked the connection and everything is fine except the phone doesn't charge. I repeated the above process by disconnecting and reconnecting, same result. I wanted to return the product until I checked my account and found the return window had closed 30 days after delivery and I received this in July. :(By the way, I've tried all 4 that were in the kit, none of them work properly. I just don't understand how it works for a few seconds and then stops working. What the heck is this?!
