The sound breaks and disappears!

I've been trying to get this to work with my phone for months. The caller on the other end is cut off throughout the conversation due to poor communication with the swivel. The whole purpose of this product is to allow your phone cord to rotate and not tangle, but every time the cord is rotated the connection is lost! I need to keep the cord plugged in to ensure the caller can hear me throughout the call. Scrap, save your money!
