If you have a laptop; get a factory charger.
Whenever I messed up the original charger that came with my laptop; I brought another charger from Wal-Mart and it worked so far initially; he stopped for some reason. I just bought the factory charger that came with the laptop and it charges my laptop without incident. Sometimes you just have to spend money.
