Review on LUITON by Andrew Sticher

I frequently shop online and recently discovered LUITON, which claims to be a "leading provider of electronics, portable audio and video, CB and two-way radio products." I made the decision to give them a try and ordered a portable speaker after seeing all of their great claims and assurances of quality and client pleasure. My interaction with LUITON, however, was by no means positive. First off, finding the product I was looking for on their website was a painful experience due to its bad design and navigation. Second, the product was not as advertised on their website when it eventually arrived. The speaker had distorted sound, a fragile construction that felt like it may fall apart at any minute, and it was of low quality. Furthermore, I encountered nothing but irritation when I attempted to get in touch with LUITON's customer service department to address these problems. Their customer service took a while to get back to me, and when they did, they were condescending and unhelpful, offering no alternatives or making up for the subpar product they had delivered me. I can tell with certainty that LUITON's claims to be a "trusted and reliable source for all of your electronic needs" are untrue and deceptive in light of my negative experience with them. Anyone looking for good customer service or high-quality equipment should avoid this internet retailer, in my opinion. Save yourself the trouble and search for an other, more reliable source.
