I made a swing for the porch, and I was afraid to paint in all the nooks and crannies. The last time I looked at sprayers over a decade ago I always had to thin the paint. He says no, and rightly so. Let me tell you it's fantastic. Purchased premium exterior paint, very thick. I painted this bench on one side in about four minutes without a ton of spatter or wild mist. So the tarpaulin on the ground was enough to protect everything. It was with a 4 inch nozzle. I let one side dry for a couple of hours, so I just rotated the nozzle 90 degrees to keep it from sticking. Then I turned the bench over and painted the other side in one go about four more minutes. After a few touch ups to reach some of the deeper nooks and crannies I was done. It literally took more time to clean than paint.
