I tried PHROZEN for the first time for my dental supply requirements and was unsatisfied. Although they bill themselves as a "leading provider," I was underwhelmed by the products they offered and their costs were higher than expected. The bonding agents and curing lights I bought from the company fell short of the quality I've come to expect from the dentistry supply industry. In addition, I had a hard time understanding and navigating the site, which was irritating while trying to make a purchase. Even worse, the shipping took longer than anticipated, so I had to postpone some of my clinic appointments. Overall, I was disappointed with PHROZEN as a dentistry supply provider and will not be ordering from them again. In summation, PHROZEN is not the place to go if you need dependable, high-quality dental equipment. Although they have a hip-sounding name, their services and offerings are anything but.
