The taste of the Chardonnay CA is a little lighter. I have already ordered ten packs of filters. I have to lift the bottle with the filter out of the glass while the water flows through the filter and falls into the glass. But I try anyway. I'm not sure if I have sulfate issues, so it's hard to say if the extra steps are worth it. But I think it's probably better for my body.
