This is a huge improvement over my previous ceramic hob. While I was aware of the described benefits of an induction hob, I didn't realize how drastic and positive the changes would be, but I do have one caveat. Thirty-six inches are not standardized actual 36-inch sizes. This top was slightly smaller on the surface than the 36”. The previous one was just over 36 inches. The existing rack cutout was too large and required a major upgrade. While this would be a major inconvenience, I suggest lifting the existing bodice and measuring the neckline.
