Review on Autospecialty KOE1612 1 Click Replacement Brake by Chase Cooper

KOE part number 1612 represents all four rotors (front and rear), front and rear brake pads and is supplied in two boxes (I have confirmed this to the manufacturer). ). When I first received this item it came in a box with only the rear components. I called Amazon and explained it to them and they sent me a replacement order with the same result, a box containing only the rear components. I'm getting a second replacement now! I explained that the manufacturer stated that the product comes in two boxes and I hope they get it right this time. If anyone from Amazon is reading this, please take care of this issue. I'm not sure if the people I spoke to from customer support understood what I was telling them and if they actually took care of the issue. I guess I'll see when I get this item for the third time. I will happily give this product the rating it deserves if I ever get what I ordered. I have to go now as I have to go to UPS to send this item back a second time!
