Review on Electric Upholstery Carpentry Woodworking Projects by Maurice Branch

I used this tool for some home testing and it worked fine. It drives nails and staples flush with the surface of solid wood over the full length. I bought it for a project on my houseboat so I didn't try to use it again until 2 months later. The 110 volt power on my houseboat comes from a 12 volt battery and a 3000 watt DC/AC converter. The tool requires instant power when the trigger is pulled, but the power from the inverters is increased to meet the demand, so this tool is not powered by an inverter. The customer service in this case was EXCELLENT. The Sparta tool was VERY RESPONSIBLE and responsive to the issue. I highly recommend this tool and company. Just not for remote power applications with an inverter for AC power. I switched to a wireless battery powered version for my houseboat project.
