Reviews updated July 2021: I usually like this product. But this time I received the product, there was no shampoo or conditioner. The air conditioning turns on. The hair was difficult to wash. it was tangled and just in bad shape after I used it. something has changed. As with this product, my hair feels healthy after using it. I went to the salon and it ruined my hair. I can't use harsh chemicals. I really like the leave-in conditioner that comes with it. The only problem I have is that the shampoo packaging is too small. Can hardly be washed with shampoo.
