I have had this lighter since 01/08/2020 and have been using it almost exclusively ever since. He's survived falls, spills, and weird rides on the sidewalk. It burned every type of butane I put in it and up to this week there hasn't been a single failure. Most lighters only need to adjust the throttle on start-up past the factory settings. Not this one works for me right out of the box. No messing around with interference, just fire. Unfortunately, as with most of these lighters, the weak point is the piezo element. After so many shots, they become stiff or unable to hit. As I write this I am rebuilding a new piezo from an old Ronson torch that I don't use just to prolong the life of this awesome lighter. I hope qc is ok because it would be a shame to get the best damn lighter I've ever used as a godsend!
