Review on iMah AAA Rechargeable Batteries - Compatible with Panasonic Cordless Phone Batteries (HHR-55AAABU and HHR-75AAA/B) - Pack of 8 by Nikki Grossarth

I was happy to find a pack of 8 batteries for my set of 4 phones. The price is reasonable, which made me even happier. The batteries arrived on time and I was happy to replace the old batteries. When I opened the second set of 4 batteries I noticed that the bottom of one of the batteries was corroded! Hoping I put in a battery, but it didn't work. The first photo shows a corroded battery and the second photo shows one of the non-corroded batteries. In the end it turned out not to be such a good deal. Now I have to buy a battery to replace the rusted one. Shortly after I wrote this review, the supplier contacted me via email. A very valuable apology was given for the corroded battery and I received the full order (8 batteries) free of charge. I complete my review in connection with the professionalism of the provider. Mistakes happen in life, but taking responsibility and solving the problem goes a long way. Thank you!
