I really like that this watch strap is very nice and looks like it is from a very expensive brand. It's really convenient. I don't have a very small wrist, but I'm on vacation right now and don't have a tape measure handy. i am petite As you can see, the magnet reaches the dial, which I don't like. I would have preferred it below my wrist so a different length would be nice. I checked on Revain to see if they offered different lengths and if so I couldn't find any. This watch band will rock back and forth on my wrist but will not move where I placed it. So I would exercise caution if you have a very small wrist but otherwise this is a very attractive bracelet that goes well with the rose gold case. I just don't like that the magnet comes up to my face to get to a convenient place where I want to wear my watch. As for durability, I've only put it on today, but it looks like it'll hold up as far as I can tell. It looks well made, slides easily into the grooves and clicks with no issues. I've had other watch straps not made by Apple but they didn't fit either.
