Review on 🔐 Enhanced Lid Support: SafeStay Lid Stay 105° Open with Soft Close, Simple Installation for Toy Boxes and Chests by Joseph Hernandez

UPDATE: I purchased this in April 2019. It collapsed in April 2020. I have no idea how to install this. The instructions are terrible. I'm sorry but I can't give a good rating to a company that uses guides like this. They might be useful for the people in the factory who install these things on a daily basis, but it's silly to send such instructions to customers who are probably installing them right now. Do you really think people would measure 91.8 by 35.8 arbitrarily just to put a screw on a plate and then take comparable measurements with three other screws? 91.8? And they didn't even identify anything. Is 92 too much? The lesson here is that the people building the product shouldn't be writing the instructions. These instructions appear to be nothing more than a cheat sheet for the engineers who created the product. You know what would work perfectly? Cheap paper template. At first I gave it three stars but when I wrote the review I got even more annoyed with these clowns. I have to deal with how to install their hinges. You need to address my one star rating. Bite me. UPDATE: It's installed. Starts too slow. Closes at the end. waste of time and money.
