works fine though. in Resistance Trainers

Prepare to search the web for instructions. The instructions were completely useless unless you had an hour to just get frustrated. All instruction pictures were in black and white, and the parts you assemble are in black. Impossible to see the details required to assemble a simple mechanism. I ended up going online to find similar products that have assembly videos. After that, the installation took less than 15 minutes. In general, the stand works well and I can practice well with it. However, when increasing the tension, I find that the movement of the tire is sometimes jerky and the texture of the idler tears a small amount of rubber in relation to my bike tire: depressurizing the tire helped, but then the resistance is not so big The dial takes more than a few clicks to change tension resistance, but overall it works for me as I just want a good workout and won't be using it for serious workouts. Once mounted on the stand, my bike feels stable and secure. It meets my needs for a good home cardio workout.

Pros
  • HIGH QUALITY MATERIALS - Made of high quality coated steel tubing, will not rust and is easy to carry and use; The stand is made of durable stainless steel, ensuring its capacity.
Cons
  • Cable is shorter than other picks
