Using OpenClassMeans is beneficial but room exists
I like that this program allows for easy reporting of our daily operations to management as well as tracking all personnel in one system, which also helps with payroll/benefits processing. The interface could be improved by allowing more customization options or adding new features such as time clocks and scheduling tools (i.e., vacation requests). We are able to track employee hours from multiple locations within an organization via their mobile devices using OCM so we can easily monitor productivity across departments without having to send emails back-and-forth between offices every day.

- This is definitely worth my money if you're looking into running your business efficiently! It's very user friendly once employees get used it
