Review on 🚗 AUPERTO 15 Cubic Feet Car Rooftop Cargo Carrier Bag - Cargo Bag for Cars with Rack/Rail/Cross Bar by Jay Williams

We bought this for a family trip down south and were happy with it after first use. Firstly it is an improvement over the soft walled cargo backpack we had (another brand) as it has 4 more mounts and the mounts are surrounded by waterproof material which the backpack we had previously did not have. . have.This pack holds a whole lot. We were able to pack a large Rubbermaid bag to just under half its capacity and then load additional items like a large camp stove, sleeping bags and folding chairs. We were still able to move our folding table and even some boogie boards from the top which was great! The plastic clips also made assembly easier (although I wonder how long it will be before one or more of them break). We've ridden it in light rain but not a heavy downpour, so I can't say it's great waterproofing. Pack for every use but we didn't have water which was great. However, we've learned from our road trips around the south that it's unwise to rely on waterproof rooftop storage, so we pack everything in plastic crates and/or cover them with garbage bags or similar (we store our sleeping bags in an old one Ceiling). pouches and they seem to hold most water well). On a previous trip to Florida (with another brand of cargo luggage) we learned that arriving at your destination with wet clothes is not worth the risk. I would still check, but as other reviewers have said, verification is required to activate the 2 year warranty.
