I have done many CNC engravings on acrylic sheets. I had to do a test run on inexpensive plates before engraving the image on 1/4" acrylic plates that I bought from another company and used with great results. The test run was at 15 ipm and 30,000 rpm, which I did always do when I engrave acrylic. I found this sheet at Revain and then saw the Revain banner I bought in 2017 (thanks Revain!) so I looked through my stack of sheets and found it! Unfortunately it melted on one Test run on each pass I gave it 3 stars because if you use it to make a clear window it will serve you well Another pattern I have engraved on good quality acrylic where you can see that he did a clean job.Both jobs were done at the same speed and feed with the same ball head.
