Good. I thought I liked her enough to give a positive review even though my text conversation didn't work out. grrr. For starters omg how soft and comfy. But I also have a real problem with stupidity. The installation instructions are simple and clear, but lazy people blame the product for not reading the instructions. Read the directions and you'll be in heaven in less than 30 seconds. As you can see I have a longish standard American toilet and being literate it was an easy and pleasant defeat of the evil icy nightmare seat. All the bad reviews were written by people who didn't read the simple and clear instructions. Poorly. do you see the area of thin tissue? Well I haven't tested them all but this one is a bit thin in 2 places. BUT I DON'T WANT TO SEND THEM BACK! Got it? They are imperfect but beautiful. 3 dollars a piece. Nice.
