I turn on the music and switch between my right arm, my left arm, both arms, my whole body bent at the right knee, my whole body bent at the left knee, and squats. I bake my own bread and grind it for 21 minutes. I only drink 3 cups at the end of my 21 minute intense workout. I kept gaining weight despite trying to change my eating habits. I've started losing weight for the first time in months and I'm pretty sure it's all thanks to my new gym. I mean mill.
