The team was very knowledgeable in their field with great experience from previous clients that they were able to transition into our organization quite seamlessly! They also are quick learners which helped us feel more comfortable as well since we wanted them onboarded quickly so there weren't any delays or problems getting started - plus it's nice when you don't have too much training involved for new employees because everyone else knows what needs done next (and how). Nothing really came up during this process other than some minor issues here & there but nothing major at all either way I am happy overall just wish everything went smoothly without issue :) We had an incident where one client account got leaked through phishing attempt by another customer who used his credentials while he wasn’t looking/away somewhere etc...
