I'm only giving a 4 because the quality of the strap seems cheap and the zipper feels cheap too. However, I like the metal holes for durability. From the product image display there are 3 miniatures drilled in total, but when I bought them only the middle one had a metal frame. The other two smaller holes were completely blocked by the plastic material of the product and no metal holes were provided. I also wouldn't recommend punching your own hole unless you have a hole punch as you could damage the integrity of the product. I wish they had provided a button for a more secure closure (considering you are deciding to put something more valuable in it like a passport. Regardless of what I need it for, I would use it more for temporary use than my everyday one Use with my bus ticket. If you have time to find another product, please do so.
