It works; easy to install; inexpensive; love the two places where it can be connected.
My husband had difficulty hearing the old doorbell, especially when he was in the bedroom, far away from the ringing doorbell. The Avantek has bells that ring anywhere you want them to. We placed one in our hall near the living room and kitchen and one in the bedroom. We can adjust the sound; made it LOUD. Now he hears it well. Worked for us!
