Review on H R 51602 Sport Spring by Michael Clarke

Installed today. Very hard ride, slightly harder than stock. This gave me about 1 inch of lift on my 2008 Ford Escape 4wd as advertised. Don't be alarmed if you find that these springs are actually slightly shorter than the standard springs. I was! They explained that preloading and compressing the spring gives it an extra inch of lift. With a wife and two kids and all the gear we have with us, the stiffer springs work great and keep the descent high enough to power through the off-road -Desert to come from A to Z.
