I got this on the 26th. Well two months later it no longer works. . Two of the three USB ports work, and the SD card port doesn't work at all. Maybe I should have paid an extra $1.20 for an extended warranty. Now I will know how to do it. I originally bought it for the SD card as I have a couple of Targus hubs (which work great btw) but they don't have an SD slot. The SD slot was the first. Also, I felt like I would break the card when I put it in the slot because the slot was very narrow and since SD cards are so expensive, I was very worried every time I inserted an SD card . I'm a little frustrated because now it can't be returned and $29.99 is wasted. I bought it at the end of January. One would think that it would take a little longer. I wrote to Satechi and NEVER received a reply. I will never buy products from this company again. At least one answer would be good.
