Review on ๐ŸŒก๏ธ Inkbird ITC-106RL - Programmable PID Temperature Controller with Relay Output for AC DC 12-24V, Fahrenheit and Celsius Display by Gary Stringfield

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Genuine correct PID controller

I bought this version (I have another one that is used to control a lead crucible) to replace a horrible attempt at a PID controller in a too cheap* magnetic stirrer. to Raven. I have a UXCell type K thermocouple in stainless steel tubing. I use it on a 12 volt AC mixer in a stirrer. I tested the power consumption of the device in the laboratory at 40 mA. I'm using a relay to control a 200w 120vac heater on a stirrer/stove. After a long autotune instead of 20 + C = dangerous! - The original block's overshoot has been reduced to a few degrees Celsius, and now it keeps the temperature accurate to a fraction of a degree rather than within 10 degrees. Inkbird is a good thing! * know what they say about "too good to be true". I decided to just fix this stirrer and save some money.

  • Temperature and Humidity
Cons
