Description of ๐ŸŒก๏ธ Inkbird ITC-106RL - Programmable PID Temperature Controller with Relay Output for AC DC 12-24V, Fahrenheit and Celsius Display

๐ŸŽŠ๐ŸŽŠDual display window, be able to display measured temperature and set temperature at the same time.It is more suitable for setups with water cycle. If the device does not have water cycle, the ITC-100 series is recommended. ๐ŸŽŠ๐ŸŽŠSupport reading with Centigrade or Fahrenheit unit. ๐ŸŽŠ๐ŸŽŠSimplify operational processes and you don't need to operate more steps if you want to set the definite value. ๐ŸŽŠ๐ŸŽŠHigh accuracy of displaying and controlling. Manual and Auto turning are available. ๐ŸŽŠ๐ŸŽŠPower Consumption: Approx. 4VA(12~24VAC).

I wanted to build a BBQ PID controller for my Weber Summit charcoal grill. I've had a hard time finding a decent DC relay. I stumbled across this PID and found that it has a built in relay (12 volt output) which completely eliminates the need for a relay. I bought a 12v power supply here at Revain as well as a 12v DC fan. I went to the Big Box store to find a combination of plumbing and electrical parts to direct air into the summit firebox (which already has a small PID hole). I installed theโ€ฆ

good price for temperature controller

great little controller. I used this to control switching between heat pump and propane heating. Works well and is easy to program. I have the DC/AC version and it works fine with a 24VAC heating system. However, you must provide your own thermocouple. Many YouTube videos show how to program it.

Pros
  • temperature controller
Cons
  • socket required

Good controls. Very important.

Good controller. Although I'm still in the process of building my project, this seems like a really good controller. Internal relays also make work much easier. The instructions leave a lot to be desired, but luckily the IPC-16 manual is the same but much more detailed. In general I am satisfied with the purchase.

Pros
  • Industrial & Scientific
Cons
  • Slightly torn

Genuine correct PID controller

I bought this version (I have another one that is used to control a lead crucible) to replace a horrible attempt at a PID controller in a too cheap* magnetic stirrer. to Raven. I have a UXCell type K thermocouple in stainless steel tubing. I use it on a 12 volt AC mixer in a stirrer. I tested the power consumption of the device in the laboratory at 40 mA. I'm using a relay to control a 200w 120vac heater on a stirrer/stove. After a long autotune instead of 20 + C = dangerous! - The originalโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Temperature and Humidity

  • Doubtful
