Not Rubber on my review.

Be aware that this is a foam rubber material that touches the floor; it's not actual rubber. They don't really grip the floor at all as implied by the description. It's pretty easy to slide things around with these on the feet. Possibly a little more grip than the felt kind, but not much. Good for protecting the floor, not good for preventing slippage.
