I asked the mechanic to fit them for me. However, before handing it over, I loosened and cleaned the hold-down bolts for the rescue rope holders. The axle can move after you remove the old control arm, so no entry-level DIYer should do this. I didn't have the ability to jack up the car and being able to jack up a car is a must for the job. The fit was for a 1995 Jeep Grand Cherokee 6 cylinder 4.0 and the fit was perfect.
