I found out that there are broken pixels on the laptop screen, in different places and you can see them under different colors. No mechanical damage was caused to the device. I live alone, there are no animals in the apartment, no one could damage the monitor without me seeing it. I am ready for any checks on this device. However, I was quite worried about the situation that happened and, probably, I would like to return the money for the goods, because I am corny afraid to take a similar device, because I do not exclude the repeated burnout of the matrix from scratch. The situation is that the matrix didn’t even have to burn out because of it, I only recently managed to tune the laptop for myself, recently bought Windows, downloaded all the necessary programs, ated the software to version 11, watched a couple of videos on the laptop and that’s it. It stuck into my socket 4 times at most, when I first turned it on, when setting it up, then when I ated it to a new Windows, then when I downloaded all the programs and watched the video. The laptop, of course, does not differ in autonomy, but when I bought it, I fully understood that I was not giving money for a premium segment device, but the burn-in of pixels, after several days of inactive use, is something interesting, but obviously not for me. as soon as there is some clarity about the solution to the problem with my device, I will let you know here. Most likely, this is a single factory defect, but the situation is wildly unpleasant, because it seemed to me that for 56,000 I just hit the jackpot, but here it is .
