I bought this security system almost a year ago and let me tell you that although I have encountered some issues I have no regrets with my purchase and will not only buy again but 100 recommend would % to others looking for a complete security system at such an affordable price. Pros: First of all I would like to tell people that I live in Puerto Rico and this makes it difficult to get a guarantee from many companies as we are considered a foreign country when actually we are a US territory but the Authorized Yeskamo- Dealer made sure on different occasions that my problems or problems were completely solved. So you know you will take good care of this seller. You have the best customer service! Now let's get to the system. let me tell you i love it. Once you understand how everything works, everything will be easy and if you ever encounter any problem, contact the support team and it will be solved quickly. I love the fact that you get a complete system. 4 cameras, monitor, antennas, cables, hardware - everything you need for a secure wireless network at home or in the office. The monitor needs to be connected to a local area network and a power source, and crude cameras also need power, but the monitor and cameras are connected wirelessly. What I like the most are the floodlights that turn on at night when they detect movement and the siren it emits to scare off intruders or animals. I see movement around my house 24/7 on my monitor and phone. Not to mention it has enough memory to last at least 2 weeks before resetting. Cons: While you can talk through a cellphone's cameras, you can clearly hear the person in front of the camera, but you can't hear the person loading enough, it's on the other end. The voice does not sound loud and is clearly coming from the camera. But this feature is not really important for me, just a part of the extras. 1 camera out of 4 didn't hold up in the rain and was washed out within a few months when I decided to contact support for a repair and it was replaced with a new one without having to return the old one. Two of my cameras kept losing signal and I received a partial refund for purchasing signal boosters. That's all. The cons don't matter because of this company's great customer service and trust me when I tell you that they are 100% support no matter what the problem they always find the best solution. So don't hesitate and send off your purchase right away! I promise you won't regret it =)
