Mine stopped working after 2 months :( and I always turn it off.

My kettle came with a loose part that made noise inside, I installed it and it worked fine for two months, I so use a socket timer it turns off after 1 hour of use but after those 2 months my water heater stopped working and I don't understand the instructions how to use the warranty I couldn't return it after 40 days I can changing my rating to a better one but now i have problems with the water heater warranty.
