Excellent broken plastic repair
I got Power Wheels for my son and one wheel had a crack about 8 inches in the middle. Changing a wheel would cost at least $40 and I doubt it would be as easy as it sounds. Instead of going down that route I bought these plastic cards, poured a cup of hot water and brewed a few to mend the tear. It worked wonderfully. He has been riding for a few weeks now and the wheel is holding up well. Since drive wheels are notoriously awful, I also wrapped the wheels in 26-inch bike tires to add some profile so you can't see the repair.
