I was very happy to receive this mop. I wasn't sure how I wanted it. I've read a number of reviews on all the mopping robots. I like hand towels, I like reusable ones. However, once the pad is washed, it is difficult to get rid of the smell. So today I put some lemon cleaner in the mop containers, it smells a lot better. It would be nice to get an extra set of pads. You can always buy more. The mops came with two sets, one set for regular floors, the other set for wooden floors. I use the same rags on all floors. I just like rags. One of my pads tries to be perfect. I hope to report this issue to customer service. The cleaning is not bad. I usually close it in space if possible. A few times he ventured onto the carpet. I wish there was more water in the smaller water tanks. I wish it had bumpers and could somehow fit under the cabinets. I haven't used all the different templates yet. But the edge cutter works great! It's very expensive, I hope it lasts a few years. I've had this mop for about a month now. I use it at least once a week. I would buy again.
