This set is great! That's a lot more than I imagined when I ordered it. I ordered it because I needed a new set, but it didn't meet all my expectations. We have several other meat forks but this one is much better, the handle is heavier and the tongs are thicker and stronger. The knife itself is a beautiful thing. I like that the blade sheath has a pin that needs to be removed before the knife can be removed. This is a really handy security feature. Included is a book of care instructions, an actual safety pin (which I thought was cute) and some other documentation about the set. If you are in the market I would highly recommend them.
