Review on 🚗 1 Red, 1 Amber, 1 Clear: 3M Auto High-Strength Lens Repair Film, Assorted Sheets by James Trapkin

I really like this product. So far this has worked great for me. I had a three inch crack in my tail light and figured this might be an easy fix to keep dirt/moisture out and stop the crack from spreading. Reading other reviews before purchasing I was concerned about the grip strength and whether it would hold the curved section of my repair area. So I thoroughly cleaned the lens area before applying AND I also "bend" the film overnight by first cutting it to the right size and shape and then gluing each end between several books on my bookshelf until they died "curvature" has reached. searched. The next day, the part took on such a curvature that it conformed to the shape of my lens. It came together very easily, seems to be holding up well, and the crack on my lens is almost invisible. And the red color of the film matches my lens perfectly. It has been worn for about a month now and shows no signs of fading, cracking or loosening. Most importantly, it protects the bulb and electrical components of my taillight. Take the time to give the area a good clean and most importantly I feel you can achieve a degree of film flexibility (when applied to a curved surface) and I think you will get good results .
