When I first used it I thought I'd return it. I ride my bike 2-3 times a week about 10 miles each so I needed something to keep me comfortable. The first time I used it my tailbone hurt for the rest of the day. However, I continued to use it to see if it got any better and I'm so glad I did. Now I have no problem (it just takes some getting used to), it was a great price and I love this seat. I don't like seats that are too soft or your seat slides forward and of course I don't want it to be too hard , as I still love comfort. This seat is the perfect setting. Not too soft, but still comfortable enough.
