Decent size case. Can conveniently hold a stethoscope, diagnostic kit (otoscope and ophthalmoscope) and sphygmomanometer (blood pressure cuff), reflex hammer and tuning forks. Inside the bag there are 4 pockets that close with velcro but they seem semi cheap. The overall quality of the materials for the bag is average. I don't expect the bag to carry much though and at $20 it seemed like a good solution not to overpay. The zipper tabs make that annoying noise as they wiggle when worn. I thought about deleting them until I realized that I wouldn't be able to unzip them otherwise.
