Rebounder works great I think I've had more practice than ever with this for chasing basketball. We have a gravel disc, so it sits at an angle and jumps at an angle. At one point my son threw a baseball at him and practiced catching, so it worked out great. Set up took 15 minutes and was easy. I was missing one of the silver pieces holding the ends together, but it's still pretty sturdy. Remember that it uses 32 elastic cords. Your ankles are unlikely to be unharmed. My recommendation, do it the same way you would on a trampoline. A few on each side, then add one on each side. This avoids the rather unattractive grunt and judder of the last page.
