We have some floor puzzles by Melissa and Doug. My 3 year old loves jigsaw puzzles! He's mastered all of his riddles in Kindergarten and is always looking for a new riddle (and they keep him calm, entertained and out of trouble while he solves them - what more could you ask for?) BUT this riddle is kinda the hardest of all . M&D floor puzzles that we received. So if your kid loves jigsaw puzzles or you buy this as a gift, buy one of the other floor jigsaw puzzles (fish or cartoon animal). I find it more difficult because the image is like a colored pencil drawing so the lines aren't as sharp, it's busy and the animals are a bit obscured by the leaves so their shapes aren't as easy to see. to identify. However, if your child is bored or has mastered others, this will be a problem.
