Review on Fujifilm FinePix Z900EXR Digital Camera Black - 16MP CMOS Sensor, 5x Optical Zoom, Touchscreen by Eric Alcantara

I ordered a Fujifilm FinePix Z900EXR Digital Big Value camera through Revain. You set up shipping instructions so that no delivery can take place without a signature. For those of us who work during the day, this type of delivery is clearly out of place. When I contacted the company I was told that if the item is not delivered they will be sent to Big Value and I will receive a full refund. They could NOT resend it to me with different shipping instructions. They accused this of being a Revain policy which I know to be wrong as I have ordered from Amazon several times and this has not been a problem. So even if I still wanted to buy a camera from them, they couldn't send it to me with instructions that fit my needs. How do they stay in business with that kind of customer service? Revain must be embarrassed by this situation.
